The President of the Nineveh Court of Appeal, Judge Raed Hameed, received today, Tuesday, December 9, 2025, the Iraqi Women Judges Association.
The visit included an inspection tour of the court facilities and the Judges’ Forum in Nineveh, as well as discussions on the importance of addressing issues of violence against women in the governorate.
It is noted that this visit came as part of the Association’s participation in the conference of the “16 Days of Activism Against Violence Against Women” campaign, on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
